Privacy policy.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains how The Bridge Web ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit thebridgeweb.com or contact us. We aim to collect as little data as possible and to be transparent about it, in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Bridge Web is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at any time at contact@thebridgeweb.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, phone number, country and the services you're interested in.
  • Emails and calls: the information you choose to share when you contact us directly.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

3. Why we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
  • To deliver the services you hire us for (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

We never sell your data and we don't add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run our business, such as our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger). These providers process data on our behalf under contracts that protect it. Where data is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@thebridgeweb.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for example the CNDP in Morocco, the CNIL in France or the ICO in the UK.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
