The need

The company rents more than 70 cars across three cities and their airports. Many of its customers are travellers, often from abroad, who want to know three things fast: which car, for which dates, at what price. Answering each request by phone or message took time and lost bookings outside office hours.

The business also needed to be found by people searching for car rental in each city and at each airport, not only by those who already knew its name.

What we did

• Mapped the booking journey from search to confirmation, for phones first.
• Designed and built a custom site around a live fleet of 70+ cars.
• Built search by dates and pick-up location, across three cities and three airports.
• Set up online deposit payments in EUR or USD for international customers.
• Added airport and hotel delivery as options inside the booking flow.
• Created a landing page for every city and every airport to rank on Google.
• Laid the SEO foundations: structure, titles, structured data, sitemap and internal links.

The solution

Visitors pick their dates and pick-up point, see the cars available, choose one and secure it with a deposit, in their own currency. Delivery to the airport or hotel is part of the same flow, so there's nothing to arrange by phone afterwards.

Each city and airport has its own page, written for the people searching there, which gives Google a clear answer for every local search.
