Refund policy.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back for services bought from THE BRIDGE WEB LLC (The Bridge Web). Every project starts with a written proposal. If your signed proposal sets different terms, the proposal applies.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel before we start work, we refund everything you have paid, including the deposit.

2. Fixed-price projects in progress

Build projects are paid in stages: a deposit to start, a payment when you approve the design and the balance at launch. You can cancel at any time by writing to us.

  • We work out the value of the work completed up to the date you cancel, based on the stages and scope in your proposal.
  • If you have paid more than that value, we refund the difference.
  • Stages you have already approved are not refunded.

3. If we don't deliver

If we fail to deliver what your proposal describes and can't put it right within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund what you paid for the work not delivered.

4. Monthly services

SEO, ads management, social media and maintenance are billed monthly. You can cancel with one month's notice. Months already completed are not refunded. If you have paid for any period after your notice ends, we refund it.

5. What we can't refund

  • Third-party costs: domains, hosting, licences, paid themes and plugins, and ad budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta, once they have been bought or spent.
  • Marketing results: nobody can guarantee a position on Google or a number of sales, so we don't refund completed work because a ranking or sales target was not reached, unless your proposal promises that result.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email contact@thebridgeweb.com with your name, your invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent within 14 days, to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the money in your account.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, as it is usually the quickest way to sort things out.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
